Halloween – October 31, 2023

During this time, Home and Décor will be top of mind for many shoppers browsing on eBay.

Thanksgiving – November 23, 2023

Traditionally a day for spending time with family and feasting on turkey dinner, Thanksgiving has transformed into a shopping holiday of its own. While the day following Thanksgiving (known as Black Friday) typically reigns as the busiest shopping day of the year, the shopping deals tend to start early, leading shoppers to head online to scout for deals after their home cooked feast.

Black Friday – November 24, 2023

Black Friday is famously the day that offers the best sales across all categories. Clothes, electronics, home goods, video game consoles, and more are in high demand by shoppers looking for a great discounted price. Stay competitive on the holiday by offering sales, free shipping, or a limited time promotion on your listings. This is a great time to launch your marketing campaigns with Promoted Listings Standard or Promoted Listings Advanced.

Small Business Saturday – November 25, 2023

The last Saturday of November is reserved for Small Business Saturday. It’s a shopping day dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners during the busiest shopping weekend of the holiday season. And with eBay being the home of so many small businesses, we expect our online marketplace to see more traffic throughout the day.

Cyber Monday – November 27, 2023

Christmas Eve – December 24, 2023

Many families host their big celebrations on the 24th, rather than on Christmas Day. The huge spikes in retail spending from the past two months all culminated up to this day, when people finally exchange their exceptionally curated gifts among their Christmas decorations and dinner feasts. Though holiday spending doesn’t stop here, as online consumers continue to shop through January.
